eddie Eddie Warne – Strength and Conditioning Coach

My sporting career has been diverse and rewarding from running the London Marathon in 2008 to Field Gun training to playing soccer for HMS Raleigh while in the armed forces and everything else in between.

I have played rugby for many years and I'm now working with The Hamilton Hornets as head of youth development and U18 Coach. Last year I coached with Westdale High School and now helping with St Mary's Catholic High School. This experience has been very rewarding and allowed me to pass on my extensive knowledge of the game and sport specific training programmes.

I have played soccer for a number of years winning 6 a side tournaments on a number of occasions. Learning the importance of skill and levels of personal fitness to allow me to play along side players now playing in the English Premier League Football.

This year I will be running around the bay.

I have also helped an Ancaster Hockey team with their dry land training. This has helped expand my knowledge of different sports and the specific training required to enhance their game.

Sports played:

Rugby, Soccer, Long distance running, Boxing sparring with reps from the Royal Navy and Royal Marines.

Sports coached:

Rugby – Hamilton Hornets Youth Development and U18 coach. St Mary's High School.

lee-c_img_0 Lee CromptonStrength and Conditioning Coach

CanFit Pro and CPTN Personal Trainer, a diploma in Holisic Nutriion from CSNN

I have always been very active beginning when I was a small child. A bit of a spazz, I went from big wheels to BMX to mountain biking and snowboarding.

I have stuck to these two sports up to present and have also taken a strong liking to crossfit and parkour(freestyle running). If you live in my area

you may see me climbing trees or jumping rocks while hiking the near by waterfall. I've trained clients in a variety of sports such as volley ball, hockey,

basket ball and down hill skiing. Every sport emphasises different areas of fitness; explosive power, muscle endurance/lactic acid threshhold, strength,

cardiovascular endurance are just a few. Proud moments for me were helping a female high school graduate nervous about volley ball try outs pretty much

walk on to the McMaster University volley ball team beating out many second and third year players with a fitness level far surpasing her teamates as

well as helping my 13 year old client, a national level slolom and GS skier move up a class to K2 and qualify for the junior olympics competing against

kids much older. I train sports oriented clients with a combination of specific Crossfit exercises and work outs and sport specific exercises. I look

at the sport and its biomechanics and specificities to decide on the best way to better the client at their sport. Dry land training and conditioning

can make the difference between gold and silver or qualifying or not qualifying.

ori Ori Haripko – Strength and Conditioning Coach

Ori has played basketball at various competitive levels since he was a child. After playing in a summer league going into college, he had a career ending injury which lead him to the physio center where he found his new passion… training.

As a young player Ori was always interested in jumping and dunking, he would spend his time researching vertical technique and ways to improve leaping abilities until he was able to dunk at the age of 16.

This later helped Ori develop a jumping program which has helped various athletes add numerous inches to their verticals throughout the years.

Ori has also coached basketball at many different levels from a summer camp in Malibu, California to Westdale high school in Hamilton. Ori enjoys teaching players the fundamentals of the game as well as the importance of the fitness side of basketball.

With Ori's program, players will learn how to train properly to become an elite athlete and gain complete confidence in their abilities on the court.
