Ancaster Boxing for Fitness – BoxFit
Our Recreational Ancaster Fitness Boxing program is designed to provide the novice boxer, or those who are soley interested in boxing for its tremendous fitness benefits, with a foundation of cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and improved reaction time and quickness. As well as teaching the basics of Olympic-Style (Amateur) Boxing. (no sparring) This boxing class will blow the fat right off your body – leaving you with the chiseled abs and a toned, defined physique of a champion. After developing a base, those looking for more technical boxing instruction and potentially sparring should check out our FightFit boxing classes.
