WOD – Monday 26th July 2010.

Last week was a tough, tough week, so as a reward we decided that it would be "fun" to play some games in the warm up. Remember my idea of fun is different to most.

"Tabata" the following….

Row, Squats (with 10 sec rest being hold at bottom), Push ups, Sit ups (with 10 sec rest being v sit hold), Pull ups.

Oh, and don't let me forget burpees, a special gift from us to you.
