WOD – Friday 2nd July 2010.

Warm up.

200m sprint, 200m farmers walk, 200m sprint, 20 burpees, 5 tyre flips.

WOD.

100 Double unders

75 Thrusters 95/65

50 SDLHP 95/65

25 Burpees.

Great work ladies and gentlemen on a very tough workout.  Keep up the hard work, so rewarding to see so many people working at prescribed.
