WOD – Friday 23rd July 2010.
Tough day of workouts. WOD 1 was carried out, 2 minutes rest, then WOD 2 was completed, 2 minutes rest and then WOD 3 was tackled. All of the WODs used the same weight.
WOD 1. – "Randy" 75 snatch 75/55lb
WOD 2. – 3 Rounds of 10 OHS, 10 Burpees
WOD 3. – 6 Rounds of 10 air squats, 5 clean and jerk.
WOW, the gym was buzzing today with intensity, just amazing to watch people keep on pushing the whole time. Great commitment and effort shown by all today.
