Warm up - Stretch, followed by two rounds of 10 knees to elbows, 10 L tuck hangs, L Sit progression and 10 tuck jumps.

30 OHS squats 55/35
30 K.B Swings
30 Ring push ups
30 Burpee broadjumps
Finish with a 1000m row.
