WOD – Thursday 24th June 2010.
5 Rounds of the following.
10 Burpees
10 Push ups
30 Sit ups
30 Squats
50 Mountain climbers
For the CrossFit Class the workout was 1 rep max power snatch. Then using 80% of your 1 rep max, 5 rounds of the following
3 Snatch Pulls
3 Power snatch
3 Snatch push press
Finish work out with snatch balance. Great work everybody. It was good to break down a very complex lift and work on skills and drills.
