Warm up.

Stretch, 10 med ball cleans, 10 burpees, 10 dips, 200m run 3 rounds.

WOD.

15 minutes to achieve your 1 rep max squat clean.

Big figures posted today! Best men, Drew 235lbs, Anthony 225lbs, Best ladies, Maria 115, Andrea D 105, Heidi and Kelly 110,

Followed by a 15 minute AMRAP of 10 K.B Swings, 10 Box jumps, 20 Jumping lunges.
