WOD – Thursday 6th May 2010.
Warm up - 50 Double unders, 40 Tuck jumps, 20 broad jumps.
WOD - 4 Rounds of the following….
10 B.W Back squats ie. if you weigh 185lbs that's the weight you use or as close as possible.
25 Box jumps 24"/20"
Lots of burpees to be completed tomorrow as punishment for failure to stow weights, sign in, or leave dirty bars around.
