WOD – Saturday 22nd May 2010.

Warm up.

50 Burpees for time.

WOD.

In 20 minutes.

Run 1 mile for the remaining time complete as many clean and jerks as possible at 135/95lbs

Finished with a special treat 100 squats for time.

WOW. Great work Michelle working at prescribed and an awesome effort put in by Cash. Way to work Combat firefighters! Good to see everybody lifting more weight than before. Congrats to the ladies who ran the 1 mile without stopping. We are seeing huge improvements.
