WOD – Monday 26th April 2010.
Warm up - shoulder openers, torso twists, samson stretch, 10 squats, 10 tuck jumps, 10 push ups, 250m row – 2 rounds.
Skill - Front squat and Pull ups.
SWOD - Front squat 3,3,3,3

Double unders
Box jumps 24"/20"
For those still learning double unders, we substituted double unders for the following 800m, 400m, 200m, 200m, 200m run.
