Warm up - Dynamic stretches followed by.
20 Slow deep squats
15 KB Swings
10 Slow controlled and deep push ups
300m Row.
1 rep max Back squat
1 rep max Strict press
1 rep max Deadlift.
Great work today. I asked everybody to PR on at least one lift with most PR on at least two lifts. Congrats to Greg Mu with a 420lb deadlift.
