100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
1 mile run.
This is probably my most favourite workout. Seems nobody shared the same enthusiasm especially during the rain! Check out the picture of what running in sunshine looks like! Great work today everybody. Loved the hands at the end Anthony. Great effort ladies.
