WOD – Wednesday 3rd February 2010.

Warm up – Torso twists, samson stretch, shoulder openers, 2 rounds.

2 rounds of the following – 300m row, 20 squats, 10 pull ups, 5 burpees.

Skill work – Bear complex.

WOD – "HEAVY BEAR".

7 cycles of the following

1 Clean

1Front Squat

1 Press

1 Back Squat

1 Press

Do NOT put the bar down during the cycle of 7. Clean is touch and go. Putting the bar down won the mystery star bonus prize – people didn't really enjoy it as much as I did. Weight was to be increased each round or work all 5 rounds at max weight. Score was your total weight used.

Kyle did all 5 rounds at 135lbs scoring 675. Erin M and Tracey T both scored 315. Great work by everybody on a very mentally challenging and tough workout.
