WOD – Wednesday 10th February 2010.
Warm up - 3 minutes of skipping, 4 sets of stairs ( add an extra set of stairs for each time you mess up on the skip), 20 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 burpees, 20 lunges.
Skill - Back squat.
WOD – 5 rounds of the following.
15 Body weight back squats
20 Box jumps
10 Pull ups.
Sequence for pull ups kip, strict, kip, strict, kip.
