WOD – Saturday 13th February 2010.

Warm up – 2 rounds of the following

500m row

10 dislocates

10 push ups

10 burpees

Mark then introduced us to a jumping skill matrix from his Olympic lifting course. Fun but tiring work. Glad nobody landed on anybody.

WOD – Tabatta something else!

Oh oh. Bring that intensisty!

20 seconds on 10 seconds off 8 rounds of the following….

Pull ups,

Push ups,

Sit ups,

Squats,

Busy, busy class today lots of hard work and determination fighting for those last reps on each round. Have a great weekend everybody and remember we only have classes at 9:15am and 12:00 on Monday – Family day.
