WOD – Monday 8th February 2010.
Warm up - 10 reps, 2 rounds of each samson stretch, shoulder openers, torso twists, supermen.
300m Row, 20 ball slams, 20 double unders, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups – 2 rounds.
Skill - Power clean.
WOD - Ladder 1 – 10 – 1. 30 minute time limit.
Power clean and press 115/65
Burpees.
WOW! Definetly a tough, tough workout. Great effort by everybody today. Good work Brian and Patty great times. Way to bring it guys. Super effort Heidi hope that Apple Crisp tasted just as good the second time!!!!
