WOD – Monday 1st February 2010.

2rds of shoulder openers, samson stretch, torso twists, supermen.

Warm up - 2 Rounds – 50 lunges, 20 push ups, 10 burpees.

WOD – "Christine"

3 rounds of the following for time

Row 500m

12 Body weight deadlift

21 Box Jumps 24"/20"

Nice to see everybody make huge improvements from when this workout was done 24th October. Everybody was jumping on the RX box height or lifting body weight with the deadlifts. Great show today. Congrats to Lou with a time of 11:37 and Sue with 13:00.
