WOD – Wednesday 27th January 2010.
Warm up – Stretching series followed by two rounds 500m row 15 burpees.
Skill – Snatch
Bonus round – 12-9-6 Snatch, push ups with hands away at bottom.
WOD – 5 Rounds of the following
20 Double unders
5 Turkish get ups each side using either a kettlebell, dumbell or barbell.
5 Muscle up progressions.
Today was all about skill. A lot of people improved their double unders, some getting their first and others getting their first consecutive double unders. Muscle ups are progressing impressive work from the ladies. It was a good intro to the snatch, just need to get more aggressive with the movement and keep practising. Remember – practise makes perfect!!




Tanya's DUs were great. She was so fast!
