WOD – Monday January 11th 2010

WOD – Monday January 11th 2010.

Warm up – shoulder openers, torso twist, samson stretch.

2 rounds of the following – 500m row, 25 wall ball, 10 dips, 20 sit ups.

WOD – As many rounds as possible AMRAP 12 minutes.

10 SDLHP 75/55
10 Push ups
10 Kettlebell Swings 20/16kg.

Great work everybody working hard for the whole 12 minutes. Special mention to Kyle S for 11 rounds @ 75 with 24kg Kettlebell. Great work Anna, Marie and Patty on completing 9 rounds at the prescribed weight.
