WOD – Friday 15th January 2010.
Warm up – shoulder openers, torso twists, samson stretch, supermen, 2 rounds
3 rounds of 10 pull ups, 20 sit ups, 30 squats, row 500m
SkillĀ - Deadlifts and double unders.
WOD - 7 deadlifts 315, 14 Box jumps, 21 double unders.
Great work from Kyle the only person to complete the workout prescribed. Everybody else did there best lifts and double unders are looking so good.
Last class of the day ended up as a team WOD due to the numbers.
WOD – In teams complete the following for time 300 thrusters – bar was not allowed to touch the floor, 200 pull ups – one person working at a time, 200 box jumps – same rules applied, 100 double unders – same rules. Congrats to the winning team of Aras, Jim, Brian and Dan.
