Our crazy sister club Steel City CrossFit Hamilton is at it again!! At Steel City CrossFit Hamilton they're pumped about the change in weather. The change in weather means they get to take their Boot Camp and CrossFit Hamilton classes outside to their large grassed field right in front of their Hamilton CrossFit location. It's a blast for their CrossFit Hamilton and Boot Camp members to work out in the fresh air and exercise in the park with the kettlebells, Dynamax balls and other CrossFit tools.
