Wouldn't it be great to bring pasta back into your life and still lose weight and keep off the pounds you've already worked so hard to lose. As I see it most CrossFit affiliates advocate two main nutritional programs. At CrossFit Ancaster and Steel City CrossFit Hamilton we agree
1) The Zone 40-30-30 and 2) The Paleo way of thinking meats and vegetables, no starchy carbs or grains. Are two of the best helth and fat loss meal plans to follow
Both schools of thought I feel would support the idea in this video below. The "miracle noodle" so high in fiber that it nets out at zero calories.
