Boot Camp Ancaster Feed Back

Hey Rita – great WOD this morning!
Both Debbie and I really enjoyed the “varied” warm-up – as they say “Our warm-up is your work out!”
3 Rounds of 500m Row, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 Supermans, Samson stretch and Tricepts stretch.
The WOD was even more FUN!
2 Rounds of:
Pull-up/Monkey Bar/Pull-up
20 Walking push-ups
30 KB swings
40 Push press
50 Wall ball shots.

It really helped to have a good group to work out with – plus your coaching and encouragement almost made the work-out bearable! The Gym looks awesome – you and Murray have done a great Job. The space and equipment are top notch. Everything is in place – wishing you every success
