Boot camp class at CrossFit Ancaster is an outdoor/indoor interval training program designed for any one looking to kick start their fat loss. The program combines cardio and strength training in one session to maximize your time. Bootcamp will constantly challenge you by offering you consistent and positive motivational support. No workout is the same. The RESULTS that you will achieve place this program in a class by itself.
No matter what your fitness level, you will be challenged, and you will have accountability to not only your trainer, but also your group. This program targets weight loss and toning, with a large emphasis on the nutritional program. No quick fixes, no pills, just old fashioned hard work (exercise) and proper eating habits (not dieting). Your workout consists of 45 minutes 3 days a week, or 2.5 hours a week.
