10,000 Pull up challenge in support of McMaster's children hospital.

10,000 Pull up challenge in support of McMaster's children hospital & Hamilton Combat Firefighting team. It all started at 6am with the first pull up….. it finished 9,999 pull ups and over 15 hours later at 21:05. CrossFit Ancaster completed 10,000 pull ups for charity and along the way raised over $4,000 and the donations are still coming in!

End of summer CrossFit Ancaster BBQ at Valen's Conservation park.

Following the success of the last BBQ and family day at Valens we will be heading back on Sunday August 29th at 11am for a day of family and friends, swimming, and fun for the whole family. Friends, family and animals all welcome.

Best ball golf tournament at Oak Gables.

CrossFit Ancaster 1st ever golf tournament at Oak Gables. Friday 10th September 2010. The format will be 4 players per team, best ball. Teams will be drawn out of a hat. Don't worry if you have never golfed before it will be a fun day out.
